Drs. Ryan and Kaitlin adjust the spine to help facilitate your body's innately healing capabilities. They use two different approaches to reach this goal.

Dr. Ryan has a more "traditional" approach to adjusting the spine, but he adds a little bit of flare for his additional work with your soft tissue (Graston Technique Therapy) and prehab/rehab exercises.

Dr. Kaitlin utilizes your nervous system through gentle precise contacts to areas of ease, the technique is called NetworkSpinal or Network Spinal Analysis. This integrates the whole system to a more parasympathetic tone, getting your body out of a fight or flight response so it can heal.

Yoga

Andrea Botchek, RYT 200

Everyone needs the space to breathe, move, reflect and restore. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga.

How I would describe my classes

Invigorating and calming, strong ground up cueing for classes that are easy to follow and focused on helping to create balance in mind and body. My students always enjoy the relaxing shoulder press a the close of class.

Christel Joy Johnson (E-RYT® 500, YACEP®)

I’ve been practicing Yoga for over 23 years and teaching for over 13. I came to yoga to help physically heal my chronic back pain from injuries. When I realized that Yoga was the key to resetting my Nervous System, chronic anxiety, and addictive behaviors, I delved deeper. Yoga is a way of life for me that is reflected in every choice that I make and has made my life more enriched and enlivened. These practices make me want to build a heart-centered radiant community in which we can share wisdom and healing for the benefit of all beings.

How I would describe my yoga classes:

I teach alignment based classes in which I try to weave in ways to get into our Parasympathetic Nervous System (“rest and digest”). We will focus on finding balance: opening and strengthening the physical body as well as finding balance in our holistic body through practicing postures, breath, and mindfulness. We live in a busy stressed out world, so I try to bring a quirky sense of humor to the mat. My hope is you will walk away taller, more confident, more relaxed, stronger, and maybe… just maybe with the corners of your mouth turned up slightly as you move throughout the rest of your day.

Chiropractic Care

I specialize in Network Spinal Analysis and Pediatric adjusting. I started to learn and practice Network Spinal during my first year in chiropractic school. I have advanced my education by attending several seminars in both Network Spinal and in Pediatrics. I am Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, ICPA.

I have always been interested in a whole body, vitalistic approach to healing. My first experience with chiropractic was when I was still inside my mother’s womb. My mother, while pregnant with me, sought chiropractic care to help with her pregnancy aches and pains. I (and the rest of my family) have experienced chiropractic care our whole lives.

I enjoy hiking, swimming, practicing yoga and creating art. I am also an avid book reader and look forward to the novelty of the changes of seasons.

How I would describe my yoga class

Hips, hips and more hips. I thoroughly enjoy teaching yoga classes focused on moving your body and hips in all directions while focusing on your breath. My classes tend to be faster paced with more advanced options available. Come breath and move with me, stretching to pull your life together.

If I am not in the office, I can be found at the Red Wing Fire Department, teaching across the country for Graston Technique or spending time with my family.

In my free time you’ll find me in a Jiu Jitsu class, chainsawing in the woods or starting campfires.

Rhonda Vanschoonhoven RYT 500

She loves to hold a space where yogis feel safe to explore their bodies and has the belief that anyone can do yoga.

Her hope is you can create a yoga practice and a life full of gratitude, compassion, and wholeness.

How I would describe my class

Slow flow vinyasa is a slower pace, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge, yet still feel relaxed and renewed. Breath work is incorporated, delivering powerful mind and body benefits. Great for all levels, modifications offered.
