Everyone needs the space to breathe, move, reflect and restore. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga.
How I would describe my classes
Invigorating and calming, strong ground up cueing for classes that are easy to follow and focused on helping to create balance in mind and body. My students always enjoy the relaxing shoulder press a the close of class.

Chiropractic Care
I specialize in Network Spinal Analysis and Pediatric adjusting. I started to learn and practice Network Spinal during my first year in chiropractic school. I have advanced my education by attending several seminars in both Network Spinal and in Pediatrics. I am Webster Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, ICPA.
I have always been interested in a whole body, vitalistic approach to healing. My first experience with chiropractic was when I was still inside my mother’s womb. My mother, while pregnant with me, sought chiropractic care to help with her pregnancy aches and pains. I (and the rest of my family) have experienced chiropractic care our whole lives.
I enjoy hiking, swimming, practicing yoga and creating art. I am also an avid book reader and look forward to the novelty of the changes of seasons.
How I would describe my yoga class
Hips, hips and more hips. I thoroughly enjoy teaching yoga classes focused on moving your body and hips in all directions while focusing on your breath. My classes tend to be faster paced with more advanced options available. Come breath and move with me, stretching to pull your life together.

I specialize in hands on approach to adjusting the spine that includes specific techniques such as Diversified, Gonstead, SOT and Thompson techniques. Some other tools I have in my doctor bag are Graston Technique, Kinesiology Tape, and Rehab/Prehab exercises. I use Function Movement Screening, FMS, to identify asymmetries and imbalances of potential areas that might become injured.
If I am not in the office, I can be found at the Red Wing Fire Department, teaching across the country for Graston Technique or spending time with my family.
In my free time you’ll find me in a Jiu Jitsu class, chainsawing in the woods or starting campfires.

She loves to hold a space where yogis feel safe to explore their bodies and has the belief that anyone can do yoga.
Her hope is you can create a yoga practice and a life full of gratitude, compassion, and wholeness.
How I would describe my class
Slow flow vinyasa is a slower pace, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge, yet still feel relaxed and renewed. Breath work is incorporated, delivering powerful mind and body benefits. Great for all levels, modifications offered.
